The process took over a year to complete, while also keeping much of the original detail and charm. The primary and private dining rooms are located in the original first floor gathering spaces. Chef/Owners Lisa & Terry Harwood opened Vine Street Cafe in 2003. Located on South Ferry Road, just 1.5 miles from the South Ferry. Chef Terry works with area farmers, fishermen & vineyards and features their natural bounty on his seasonal menus. We make everything in house and Lisa's desserts, ice creams and fruit crisps are no exception. Recently, we opened a small market behind the restaurant. This is where you pick up take-out orders while stocking your home pantry. Specialty catering is available along with ready fresh meals such as meatballs, chicken salad, bread, smoked ribs, BBQ Sauce and a selection of artisan pastas. Reservations are highly recommended year round.

Delicious food and service, we enjoyed the egg white omelet with apple sausage and apple bacon. The sweet potatoes and potatoes are very delicious. The steel- cut oatmeal is also very delicious. We enjoyed the turkey club.
