Excellent Sunday lunch experience as always. All the staff very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. The food as usual was outstanding that is why we travel from Wheathampstead as of yet you have never failed, please repeat it every time we visit. Thank you to all!

We were a large party of 14 and the staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. With all the extras we ordered, clearing away and dealing with the variety of drinks orders. All with smiles on their faces. But on top of the great service from the moment we all arrived, the food was excellent! Very large plates full of roast dinners. All the extras of stuffing, gravy jugs and cauliflower cheese and not one part of our order was wrong and everything on the menu available. Once we also came to pay and leave they were still very accommodating and chatty and they made us all feel extremely welcome. Would highly recommend.

Had a great evening, it’s always classy and today was no exception. The Valentines’ Specials were excellent :) Thanks so much to our waiter Alfie and all of the staff, we will be back!

Lussmanns just keeps on delivering. Great food. I had the Mackerel croquettes followed by the Sole. Both were delicious. Great service. Of particular note was being able to adapt to meet my wife’s food allergies. Thank you Team Harpenden. Keep up the good work Ric

Lovely lunch , very helpful and friendly service . Only one complaint the CHAIRS are VERY Very uncomfortable , not possible to sit and relax for long .
