Chocolate Buddha undertook an AMAZING renovation in 2019 by Maddison Architects. We have a 22 seater SUSHI TRAIN open Wednesday to Sunday lunches 12 - 3pm and Wednesday to Saturday Dinners 5 - 8pm it includes an EXPRESS train which delivers hot food ordered via a tablet. We offer QR menus at each table for ease of ordering, splitting bills and menu with pictures and descriptions. This type of ordering is optional so always let us know if you prefer to order with us. I have eaten at the Gilson many times and it is always very busy! Despite this I always get good and friendly service and I have not had to wait too long for my food.

Best decision to have an a la carte lunch on Christmas Day. Awesome service via the phone & in person. Food we can’t fault. The only negatives were that they ran out of oysters by 1pm and also one of the cocktails. We will definitely go back.

Raw tuna in crispy wonton is an outstanding dish - great combination of quality fresh ingredients, flavour & texture. And the fish curry (barramundi?) was again, the result of skilled perfection. The food is exactly WHY we are happy to pay for food, the way it is supposed to be cooked - by people who know what they are doing! Thankyou.
