In the 1920s, the building was home to a provisions merchant owned by husband and wife Emily and Charles Lums. Their shop, EA Lums & Co, was a place for locals to grab quality ingredients from a family-owned shop. With the appointment of Nick Young as Head Chef, Lums offers a brand new, vino-friendly food offering.Nick’s resume boasts a wonderful mix of fine dining and funky neighbourhood eateries including Wildflower, Must, Bivouac and Lallah Rookh. Nice feel to the space, quick service, interesting food, really good wine list. Maybe a little bit too loud but you didn't have to shout to be heard. We'll definitely go back

The serive provided was of a high standard considering it was Valentines Day and extremely busy. The food service was outstanding with no long lengthy delays and the food was of high quality.

Quiet hotel restaurant. Nice food, generous serves, nice staff. It's in an old house so nice atmosphere. Easy to get booking on Saturday night so good option when your not organised.

Food was great and good serving sizes. Enough choice and prices were standard for today. Service was fine. There wasn’t a lot of ambience but it was later in the evening. We would definitely go back!
