The menu focuses on ‘new Caribbean’ cuisine with dishes that are light and delicious packed with lots of flavor with island inspiration. Infiniti highlights fresh ingredients and a menu that will comfort guests with items like jerk chicken or a Dungeness crab toast and satisfy with savory tamarind roasted salmon and grilled TCI spiny lobster (when in season) to name a few. Ceviches and sashimi style crudos are paired with local ingredients and asian inspired sauces to create a unique experience for Providenciales. Start with a mahi mahi ceviche in a thai red curry sauce before trying the sensational angus beef tartare with tobikko caviar.
