It all began with a love story and a dream. Linwood, a chef, and Ellen, a reporter, met 36 years ago in a restaurant of course! They married and began to envision that someday they would open a restaurant of their own. The restaurant’s first business plan was written at their dining room table on an electric typewriter. In 1988 Linwoods opened its doors, and it has been a labour of love for more than thirty years. Linwoods’ cuisine consists of the freshest ingredients, and inventive preparation. We really enjoyed our experience at Linwoods. The food and the service were outstanding. We went for Valentine’s Day and the atmosphere was fantastic!! The restaurant was crowded but they handled it real well and made our night very special 😊

As always, a wonderful lunch with the girls at Sabatinos - our longtime go-to in Little Italy! Our server Kitty was wonderful - friendly and attentive. Our food was fantastic - Bookmaker salads, Fettucini Alfredo with chicken and chicken Parmesan. Excellent!
