They married and began to envision that someday they would open a restaurant of their own. The restaurant’s first business plan was written at their dining room table on an electric typewriter. In 1988 Linwoods opened its doors, and it has been a labour of love for more than thirty years. Linwoods’ cuisine consists of the freshest ingredients, and inventive preparation. Sisterly Love Week & dining with our favorite Delta Dear. My LS and I had the pleasure of sharing the company of and meal with our sweet Sorors. We feasted on the chicken & rice soup, French onion soup, Greek salad, Caesar salad w/grilled shrimp, and for dessert, we all had the delectable warm apple tart drizzled with caramel and topped with vanilla ice cream! Our server was attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable. A memorable experience and we're looking forward to going back REAL soon.
