Mujō is a one MICHELIN star, intimate, omakase-only tasting menu experience serving modern edomae sushi led by Executive Chef J. Trent Harris. The experience consists of a series of small plates and a progression of seasonal nigiri. We are inspired by the Japanese concept of ichi-go ichi-e, 一期一会, or “one time, one meeting.
