FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks.     Tonight was my first time at Eddie V’s and we enjoyed ourselves. It was my husband’s birthday. The restaurant put together a nice intimate birthday celebration for me and my husband. We had the best filet mignon and scallops ever!! Definitely going to be returning. Thanks you Eddie V’s ❤️

    My Bestie and I came here for Friendsgiving and it was the best decision ever. It was our first time at the farm. We both really enjoyed it. The service was great. The food was excellent. The bartender made me the most incredible mocktail!!! Wel will definitely be back!

    One of the best dinner experiences I’ve had. A perfect evening of warm friendly service and delicious food. Decor is inviting too. A wonderful upscale dinner. I have been here before and I will be back again. Warm light flaky bread, house chips, Red sangria, stuffed shrimp, paella Marinera, a bonus after-dinner-shot on the house for our anniversary, tres leches cake with a hot cappuccino. Mmmm mmmm everything was so good and the outstanding personal service was deeply appreciated. You will not be disappointed going here for a drink, tapas or dinner.
