Varanese settled in Louisville because of its successful independent dining scene, and he believes that the people of Louisville will appreciate fresh ingredients, prepared with a creative flair and a culturally diverse menu. This New American style restaurant will comfortably seat 150 guests between its bar, dining room and four seasons patio. We are here visiting the area and Varanese was recommended to us! It was DELICIOUS ! We had the best service too! They were very busy however though it seemed that everyone was working and helping one another out! We will definitely be back!

A very nice dinner at swizzle. We actually had reservations at another restaurant that unexpectedly closed that evening. Swizzle was able to accommodate our group of 6. Everyone had a nice meal

So fun! Our waitress (Shona) told us the story of the beginning of the restaurant. She also gave us great recommendations. We loved all the food and I loved the Margarita Swirl. Was a great time with my husband of 44 years.

We went for our work Christmas dinner and loved the food as always. Our server was very nice and patient with us as we had two ppl that hadn’t been there and answered all their questions and got everything they needed. So happy to see George serving!! I see him every time and he’s always so nice and says hi to me. He’s always in a positive and upbeat mood. Can’t wait to come back again for dinner
