The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house.     Brought my daughter to have a nice dinner, the hist, waiter and the place was great.I totally agree with dress code for a special elegant dinner and the text we receive but when I see its not in effect I wonder!! We ordered beef tartar that was so spicy and lost the taste of a good tartar, I prefer i do the spread .We also Had Cesar salad that was top notch but the crostini was so hard it should be little soft so can suck the dressing.My tenderloin steak was great but sauce au Poivre was somehow bland need more flavor. The macaroni and cheese was great. The lime cheesecake was ok but not to the standard of this venue.We enjoyed the ambiance even though we where seated last table in the corner near a black curtain.
