Nicholas Aragon with Customer Service Representative made our lunch so special. We were celebrating my cousin’s birthday. He gave us great service. He is the best! They should have more employees just like Nicholas. He always came by and checked on our table. We couldn’t ask for a better person! Every time when I return to the restaurant I will be asking for Nicholas!!! Thank you Nicholas!!

We had a wonderful date night last night for Tomahawk Tuesday! Everything was delicious and memorable. We love the bar at the Pasadena location (we travel from Northridge to this location specifically!). We start at the bar top for their happy hour features with Phillip as our bartender. He was very friendly and made delicious cocktails. I got the Keep your Gin Up and it was the best yet I’ve had at a Flemings. I requested it in a wine glass instead and he was happy to do and honestly I highly recommend- super tasty! We had reservations for dinner so we made our way into the dining room a little after 6pm where Erick was our server. My fiance and I are in the food industry so we know what we like, and Erick hit all the marks! Very attentive, friendly, memorable etc. With the tomahawk special you get two salads, two sides, two desserts and a huge tomahawk. Honestly it’s the BEST lobster Mac and cheese at any restaurant and I do come specifically to get that (and their carrot cake). Our evening concluded with Alan the manager touching the table to say hello and he took care of our drinks which was astonishing!! He truly didn’t need to do that but it made us feel so special and really commend his excellent customer service (Erick’s as well). Like I said, the Pasadena Flemings is worth the drive and the only location we LOVE! Even though WH is closer I would never ever go there as the quality just hits different. We will be back but in the meantime thank you for a wonderful date night for us!

Really lovely little tea house in a nice city setting. Selection of teas is expansive and they’re all delicious. The food was both beautiful and delicious. Service was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this for any gal’s get together you have planned!
