Chef AZEUCHI trained in the art of Kaiseki Course cuisine in Japan for 16 years. Upon graduatingculinary school, he began studying Kaiseki Course at a hotel. When he turned 27, he became sous-chef at Hotel Nogamiya.While there, he participated in a Tokushima Culinary Contest, where he won first prize. Pappardelle fatte in casa, servite “al dente”, ragù ottimo, davvero come in Italia! Anche le polpette della nonna erano notevoli! Inoltre, per la prima volta in 10 giorni che siamo negli USA, ho digerito tutto benissimo; quindi prodotti genuini e di qualità.
