Tapas originated in Andalucia, a Southern province of Spain, and are considered a fundamental way of life. These tasty small dishes are traditional Spanish dishes found in every bar, cafe, restaurant, and home. A tapa is an appetizer or snack in Spanish cuisine that can be combined to make a full meal and can be cold (such as mixed olives and cheese) or hot (such as gambas al ajillo (shrimp in garlic) or patatas bravas). The restaurant was amazing. My only small complaint is it was very loud so if you’re on a date and want quite not so great. Other than that it was amazing. Taylor as a waitress was fantastic! Thank you for an amazing evening. The arroz con pollo was the best!
