Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. Eravamo scettici per questo tipo ristorante ma ci siamo ricreduti, si tratta di un all you can eat in cui riempi un contenitore di qualsiasi cosa tu voglia cotta su una griglia liscia e ti metti intorno a questa mezzo di cottura aspettando che i cuochi prendono il tuo cibo e lo cuocino secondo i tuoi gusti completando con formaggi o salse, il costo veramente basso per Boston e gli USA lato negativo chiaramente il forte odore di griglia che impregnava i vestiti, altra nota positiva il servizio impeccabile e la tips tra l’altro era a discrezione, consigliatissimo!!
