Farm to table restaurant located on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast, just steps away from the beach and the Mississippi Sound. He was classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America. White Pillars has been recognized and awarded in many state and national publications since its opening in 2017. Austin was crowned " King of American Seafood" in 2021 and nominated by the James Beard Foundation as a semi-finalist for "Best Chef South" in 2020. It was marvelous!! Great food, perfect drinks, amazing atmosphere! Our waiter made the experience even better. He was very knowledgeable about the menu items. Most importantly, he was attentive to our every need. We love Ruth’s Chris and will always visit when we can.

Food is always exceptional - Worth the money every time Chef Austin is a blessing to the Coast and I thank the White Pillars for being open and operating a consistent great Restaurant I can be proud to Recommend as one of the greatest in the Category of the Berghoff in its day / Chicago.

We had a fabulous meal here, everything was above and beyond. Food was outstanding, great variety and interesting delicious dishes, cocktails and wine were great. And last but not least the service was top notch. Definitely give them a try you will not be disappointed!
