Head chef Tommaso Bartoli whips up a creative menu that heavily draws on his Tuscan roots. Starting his career in the kitchens of Florence, he brings to Australia all the knowledge and passion for food that define with his personal style. All our pasta is handmade in-house in the traditional ‘fatta a mano’ style. A true Melbourne hospitality venue, Park Street Pasta goes above and beyond with their attention to detail, level of service and fantastic hand made pasta along with a menu filled with dishes from the homeland. With so much Italian on offer in Melbourne it is refreshing to find a venue that is able keep the menu and experience engaging whilst authentic. Stand out dishes for me would be the Kingfish, Tartare, King Prawn Pasta, Pistachio Brûlée and a dish of roast peppers and anchovy cream. Thanks team for a wonderful experience.
