Several years ago, I decided that my future in the restaurant business would most likely not remain in the realm of fine dining and gourmands, but would rather lean towards the style of restaurant that I found myself frequenting most often - places that provided consistency and quality at a price that was fair for the quality of the food and experience. Public House plays to the comforts of good, solid food, while applying the principles of premium food products to a more casual setting. You will find all the fish is delivered from Foley’s in Boston, high quality steaks and a rotating selection of vegetable sides that are true to the region and season. Very good! They work with the hotel to give you credits and a nice discount if you book a room. The food was great, the vibe was very warm and inviting, drinks strong, and staff helpful. I recommend you eat there at least once during your stay.

Service and food excellent as always ! Public house is always our go-to for something special. We had a party of six. Pot roast, salmon, quinoa salad, pimento cheese/pickles, Creme brûlée and cheesecake. Not a bite left.

An amazing place with great variety of food options that taste delicious. From drinks options, to appetizers to entrees we were very satisfied and can’t wait to be back to try more food! Staff was so kind. Great customer service! Great kitchen staff!! Our food was hot and flavorful!!

Had a nice evening in one of the igloos outside. Food was good. Our server Julius was a lot of fun and he did a good job taking care of us.
