Chefs Tom (Pitt Cue Co, London) and Adam (Homeslice, London) pay homage to the low and slow traditions of American BBQ utilising smoking, chargrill techniques and pair this with flavours from Mexico, China, France and alike. The confit of duck was fabulous and the rose panna cotte divine. Tristan is an excellent service provider, looking after his tables with efficiency and grace.

Was a great place for date night. Food was amazing so were the drinks. Staff are super lovely. I was surprised the food came out so quickly but it wasn’t overly busy. I think we sat for a total of 30 mins. Prices are a-bit on the expensive side. Recommended for dates and special occasions.

The food and cocktails were standout, there wasn’t a dish we didn’t enjoy (and we tried 3/4 of the menu!). The kingfish and chicken pâté were our favourites, and the oysters were really fresh and zingy. The service was efficient and friendly, and our food came out quickly. We agreed that next time we would choose a table in the bar over the main seating areas, as the converted ‘cells’ don’t get a lot of natural light. However, if you’re looking for something cozy and intimate these rooms certainly fit the brief!
