Callie represents Chef Travis Swikard's debut solo project after spending a decade working alongside the esteemed Chef Daniel Boulud in New York City. Great service from Freddy, attentive service from others as well. The best Cobb salad I have had in a long time and the creme brulee was wonderful. The restaurant was crowded but not noisy. We walked over to the Botanical Garden after lunch, end of a great experience.

We really loved the space! It had a great, almost club like atmosphere. I ordered the filet mignon, which I had to cook table side. It was brought to me on a hot stone. It came with rustic potatoes, best potatoes I ever had. My fiance ordered the chicken breast, the chicken was very bland and dry, he was pretty disappointed. Over all great experience, staff was very friendly, will come back.

It was so much more than the exquisite meal - it was an experience. Callie’s servers are the most knowledgable, best trained, most service oriented team we’ve ever experienced. We had the tasting menu which was EXTRAORDINARY and - for the brave - the delicious Kook Juice from the bar. Our favorite place to dine in San Diego!
