Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. We dined at Opus and took advantage of the $59.99 prix fixe menu. What a deal!! Almost everything that is on the standard menu is on here, though a few require a $5 up charge. The portion sizes are the same as the standard ones. We were a group of 4 and had 4 different appetizers, 4 different entrees and 4 different desserts- everything was excellent!

We come here frequently and love it. It’s Christmas Eve tradition to come here with our now extended family. We love the drinks, food, service, and atmosphere. It can be a little loud with different crowds at times for an intimidate space so be mindful if you are looking a place where it’s easy to hear everyone go earlier in the evening!
