Following the success of his first restaurant in Vauxhall, chef and founder Ajay Chaurasia has opened a second site in Wimbledon, bringing his own personal take on Indian cuisine to South-west London. On offer is a range of lesser-known regional dishes along with plenty of tried-and-tested favourites so there’s something for everyone at this bright and cheerful restaurant. The Harwood Arms re-opened in September 2008 after some much needed refurbishment. This rural haven in the middle of Fulham is a collaboration between Brett Graham of the famed Ledbury restaurant, Mike Robinson of the acclaimed Pot Kiln pub in rural Berkshire and Edwin Vaux from the famous Vaux brewery. The idea is to provide Londoners with a really relaxed venue for eating the finest British produce, cooked amazingly well, accompanied by excellent beer and wine at a great price.

Stunning every time! Food is incredible and the service is excellent. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food is delicious and they cater for vegans easily with so many dishes being able to be made vegan if you just ask My unrivalled favourite Indian restaurant ever!

We go to burger night every time it’s on. A great idea from an already high quality restaurant. Service is flawless. Everyone is a credit to themselves and the business. Burger is genuinely the best I’ve had in London. Care and attention taken to create a fantastic burger, doesn’t really on gimmicks. Only thing I can fault them on is I need their home made bbq sauce to come by the gallon.
