Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. Calamari is the best I’ve had.. chicken dishes are the most tender.. and I’m a huge fan of their linguine in white clam sauce!!! Our waiter Joe was amazing!!!

Took my girlfriend for her birthday. Amazing brunch menu with a complimentary beverage, alcohol and non-options. The view and fireplace were really cozy. Food was outstanding! Staff were very attentive and friendly. They even brought out a little surprise birthday treat and candle along with singing haha They have valet parking as well. I would definitely recommend this place and will most certainly be returning!

Always excellent food and service. We had cauliflower and Brussel sprouts appetizers and fantastic chicken and and duck entrees. Service was excellent. Also can actually hear your friend across the table from you. Very refreshing 😊
