August is a restaurant that sits in the old heritage church on Dornoch Terrace, West End. Our dining room is surrounded by objects, art, and the original pitched church ceiling and stained glass windows. Our menu is influenced by regional food from France, Italy and SpainAugust is open for dinner from 5pm on Wednesday - Saturday, and from 12pm for Sunday Lunch. I love the atmosphere and setting at Sirromet. I have been going there for years but unfortunately the menu prices have rocketed and the choices of vegan food very limited. The waitress was lovely and went out of her way to help us. Maybe Sirromet is struggling to make a profit but I honestly feel the prices are becoming out of reach for the average person.

You cannot go through life with out experiencing this restaurant. The food is outstanding, fresh with mouth watering flavours I couldn't get enough of. The wait staff are excellent, very attentive & seemed to be always there when we needed them without hovering. Wine selection is great & perfectly accompanied the food.
