August is a restaurant that sits in the old heritage church on Dornoch Terrace, West End. Our dining room is surrounded by objects, art, and the original pitched church ceiling and stained glass windows. The food was unbelievable as always. If there was another bartender on, I think we would’ve got our drinks as quickly as I like. A nice touch that the owner came around and asked all of the diners if they were having a good experience. I would eat here every night if the bone marrow was put back on the menu

Food and service was good. Just the people that had dishes with prawns felt there wasn’t much prawns just a lot of pasta to there dish. But we still all enjoyed it and will be back, next time they will just make sure they order it with extra
