Our dining room is surrounded by objects, art, and the original pitched church ceiling and stained glass windows. This was the first time we had dinned there and it was amazing. Them food was outstanding and high quality. Them food came out fast and we didn’t have to wait long. The staff were friendly and the service was great. Thank you an can’t wait to come back

Had a great meal the other night. My wife has issues with gluten and most artificial colours flavours and enhancers. It was a great relief to find a restaurant that takes this seriously. Will be back.

Wonderful meal again at Gum Bistro. Sunday lunch at Gum Bistro means welcoming service and great food and drinks. You can't go wrong picking anything on the food and the drinks menu. Our mains were the Fish, Quail and Vegetable Gratin. All beautifully prepared, cooked and tasted fabulous. An extensive drinks list and an extended wine list means you can be sure that anything you feel like drinking is covered. A very enjoyable lunch!

We got the mixed platter, and it was fantastic. The service was very nice. And we overall enjoyed our experience greatly. This was our best meal so far in Australia
