Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times.     Our favourite place in the city, for a special occasion or to take friends. Stand out food every time, friendly and helpful team, all in a laid back setting with the best views in town. Gochujang beef tartare is etched into my taste buds for life!

    Been coming for years.Great all round night, the best tapas by far, good wine and friendly staff. Went to San Sebastián for foodie holiday and bar San Juan is up there with the best.Only downside is getting a reservation due to how popular it is.

    Staff were very friendly and attentive, food came pretty quick which was good for me and my friend. Burger was delicious, fries were even better. Only slight downside was that our drinks were salty. Apart from that, 11/10 great service, would go again :)

    We went for a friend's birthday. We were able to chat without being rushed. One friend is coeliac and the manager came to ensure her order was done safely, double checking everything very professionally. A lovely evening, great food and a good choice of non alcoholic drinks.

    Honestly the most amazing food i’ve ever had, the service was so speedy and welcoming!! the atmosphere was great and god don’t get me started on the focaccia, it was DIVINE!! This was the best restaurant i’ve been to in Manchester 100%
