We go here consistently. The food is clean delicious and organic. When you have a young family, what more could you ask for. This is our favorite restaurant and the quality of the food is unmatched and it’s our favorite restaurant in Bergen County.

Oh what a meal each and everyone of the four us was well feed. We had Caesar Salad, one of us had fish which was perfectly cooked. I had steak, again perfectly prepared as I like! The others had filet mignon that was fabulous. It is my number one close to home spot!

Terrific cocktails, attentive service (except, as seems prevalent everywhere, when it comes time to settle the tab - you’d think it’d be the opposite). Convenient ample parking. Ambiance not the greatest when there are loud customers adjacent, but I put that to “socio-economic entitlement”. (As an aside, one finds this entitlement when driving through Tenafly. Every 4-way stop is a ‘Thunderdome’ experience). Pricey but fine for a special occasion. Food’s not wow but flavorful and well prepared.

Tavlin is great. Relatively quiet. Food is always fresh and good. It is my "go to" place in Bergen County for a meat meal.
