For over thirty years locals and visitors have enjoyed dining at 22nd Street Landing Seafood Grill & Bar, an award-winning waterfront restaurant located in San Pedro’s Cabrillo Marina. The popular lobster bisque and New England clam chowder have been favorites for years. The Landing serves cocktails, a full wine list, and non-alcoholic beverages. The restaurant was developed and opened in 1990 by Dick Mannila, a retired USMC Vietnam veteran, who previously developed 31 Rusty Scupper restaurants across the country. We came for our anniversary and we were very pleased. Our waitress was very smiley and helpful. Our 45 tomahawk was beautifully presented by our Chef. Food flavors were amazing. We’ll be back next year!

Excellent Italian food in the heart of San Pedro. Butternut Squash Ravioli just melted in my mouth. Lentil Soup was delicious and so warm and comforting. Loved my nutty cappuccino for dessert! Definitely stop in and try it. ❤️

Gaetano's never disappoints. Food is amazing, on this trip I took a step out of my comfort zone and started with the burrata caprese and the tagliatelle with chianti braised beef for my main, and I am so glad that I did! Huge portions so I able to enjoy the following night as well. My husband had the garlic cheese bread (MUST HAVE!) and the penne alla vodka and it was equally delicious. I finished the meal with a Nutella bread pudding and YUM! We definitely will be back!

Had a great Thanksgiving dinner here. Turkey wasn’t dry and the sides were actually really delicious. Was quite busy as expected but staff was nice and attentive, esp with my party of 8. Decent value at $30/person for 3 course meal.
