The Last slice is a modern twist of the classic Lebanese style Pizza, known as Manoush. Located in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, established to share a piece of our culture with you! Manoush is a flatbread, traditionally topped with a drizzle of freshly pressed olive oil and tangy Zaatar (Oregano). But it doesn’t stop there! Other toppings such as various cheeses, veggies, labna (yoghurt spread) and meat are used to make the most tastiest flavoured Manoush. This dish is generally served for breakfast in the villages of Lebanon. The smell of manoush as it is being prepared will sure to make your stomach rumble and take you back to the markets of the middle east. In addition, we offer a variation of traditional middle eastern pastries such as Kaak, Pides and Scrolls. Be sure to pair it up with our aromatic freshly roasted coffee.     Food is delicious and service and service is fantastic. Having kids running around inside and bouncing a basketball is not the best when trying to enjoy a meal.

    We experienced the Chef’s menu paired with an all evening happy hour. Every bite of food we had was delicious and the braised lamb was one of the best I’ve ever had, falling apart at the bone. Even though the dishes are served “to share”, the portions were surprisingly big and incredibly filling. Service was outstanding the whole evening. What a wonderful little gem of a place, I look forward to returning soon!

    Sashimi is very fresh. We had the Private Dining Set C and the food was presented well and delicious.

    Repeat customer Booked 1900pm on a Saturday night, arrived on time, was seated promptly and politely Wagu beef with duck butter potatoes outstanding Beers cold, margarita perfect Waiter & waitress (Inga?) excellent service without seeming to hover Locals (and blow ins) do yourself a BIG favour and give Sputini a go - you wont regret it!!!!!
