Margeaux Supper Parlor presents a novel way to experience dinner by telling stories through cuisine. This was a buffet and unfortunately it’s very difficult to keep food really warm without overcooking it. The food was not overcooked, but it wasn’t as warm as I like it. Maybe coming earlier might have been better I was quite impressed by the quality of the swordfish (and by the fact that it was not at all dry) by and the brussels sprouts, and my son loved the steak and stuffing I felt it was a little too expensive even though there was some wide variety of selections.

This was our first time, and we loved the atmosphere, the food and the service. Arriving at 6PM on a Monday we got a table for three at the window, expecting a "quiet" dinner but the restaurant soon filled with several larger parties, no doubt because of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. It got a little noisy, but not enough to distract from a nice evening with a great meal and service. Gluten free options were available, and there was nothing left on anyone's plate when we were leaving.

We have always enjoyed the food, atmosphere, pace, service and ambience. To night it was 5 stars again. But it was a special night for us on our 40th wedding anniversary. Our Waiter, Nate, was as stellar as ever. Yummy and creative offerings left us happy and amazed. Thank you all. Nicki & Allen
