Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. What an amazing place, food was awesome and the Front of House Team are mature beyond their years, fun, knowledgable and obviously enjoy their work. Can't wait to go back!

Excellent food, fantastic service and a great atmosphere - just noting that the portions were on the small side. Whilst I appreciate the concept and the quality, the Tortelloni ordered was only 4 tortolloni - and that was the whole main course - even, perhaps, just offering 5, would have make it feel a little less lacking for a main course. Portion size aside, the food was fresh, and tasty and well presented. I would definitely return.

Honestly the most amazing food i’ve ever had, the service was so speedy and welcoming!! the atmosphere was great and god don’t get me started on the focaccia, it was DIVINE!! This was the best restaurant i’ve been to in Manchester 100%

Lovey atmospheric pub with nice friendly helpful staff. The soup was not quite as hot as one of us wanted but it was soon rectified and in fact was delicious. Will be returning again soon.

Great meal and excellent service. Nancy the waitress was superb. Love the ambience. Right level of music and general noise level was quiet and lovely atmosphere.
