The Fisherman's Restaurant has been serving Seattle since 1976 for over thirty years, at the end of Miners Landing. Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. Food was amazing as always, our server was great. We had an 11 am reservation and still had to wait about 15 minutes for our table but on a Sunday morning for brunch, it was fine. Always a great spot to eat!

I surprised my wife with dinner on the Big Wheel. Fisherman’s did a wonderful job of making this the perfect birthday experience for her. Everything ran so smooth. The meal was delicious and my wife said she will always remember this birthday.

Love the woman chef who runs the kitchen at Conversation! We enjoyed the Bone-in Halibut very much! Good wine list too.

Very interesting menu, most of it tasted excellent but was a bit pricy. Portions are all the smaller side, great for tapas style eating with a small group. Was a bit on the noisy side.
