Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The food here is so great. There’s something for everyone and they are willing to accommodate, and are so warm and friendly about it. The gluten free bread is so incredible, I mentioned how portland struggles with gf bread that isn’t off, they brought me a whole loaf to bring back with me. It was so so so sweet. I recommend this place to everyone.

It was my second time dining here and my friends’ first. Both times just before attending a show. Arriving just at opening is perfect as the timely manner in which we received our meals gave us plenty of time to enjoy everything from the cocktails to food to conversation. The meals…Chef’s kiss
