The experience dinner fixed by The Fisherman's Restaurant was served on The Seattle Ferris Wheel. Having a four course meal on the Seattle Ferris Wheel was a perfect way to celebrate a special birthday occasion. The dinner on the wheel lasted about a hour & 20 minutes at sunset. First course was shrimp cocktails and an excellent Caesar Salad. After a while the wheel stopped and table was cleared for main course to be loaded. Which was grilled salmon with rice pilaf and steamed vegetable's. Dessert was a chocolate ramekin with fresh slices of strawberries on top. We did have drinks at the bar while waiting for the ride to be ready for use. The four of use went through two bottles of wine through course of the meals on the ride. Great experience to celebrate a special occasion Dinner on The Seattle Ferris Wheel with fantastic views of the bay and Seattle Skyline.

We had a phenomenal experience - all the staff were so helpful and friendly. Despite having a larger party, we were seated right away and our food came out faster than expected. We were celebrating my match day for residency and the manager specifically came over to congratulate us and paid for my meals. These personal touches made our meal such a great experience and meant so much to my family and I! And the food was of course so delicious, the perfect way to celebrate. We highly recommend portage bay to anyone and everyone!

We had the best time! I wish I remembered our server’s name, but they were so so hospitable and welcoming, along with all the other staff as well. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. All of the seafood on the platter was perfectly ice cold, the tapioca and nori crackers were the most delicious crisp bite, the steak tartare was so so good., and don’t sleep on the chocolate budino - best chocolate dessert ever!

Good food and service. Wagyu burger was really good but the fries resembled McDonald’s fries. Bacon was very crunchy. 20% service charge just for having two people was weird but maybe I’m not used to that personally.

Mary our server was great! There were four of us and we were all pleased with everything we ordered. The restaurant was not very busy but the cooks were very spot on with quick and tasty food.
