Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. One of the last great pubs with good old fashioned ways ie. bouncers aren't losers, no pokies, good nice crowd of young and old together, helpful friendly staff, nice food and a large array of drink choices.

As always, our outing to Bridges was excellent. Our waitress, Ella, was her normal bubbly, happy self. The food was up to its normal high standard.
