Red Hill Estate : a destination not to be missed on the Mornington Peninsula - turning your small moments into unforgettable ones.Drawing inspiration from the Fabrizio family's wine odyssey, which began in Torino de Sangro—a town nestled between the mountains and the sea in Italy's Abruzzo region— the maritime-influenced slopes of the Mornington Peninsula hinterland are home to the iconic Red Hill Estate; a new venue sparks the beginning of a new chapter, offering food and wine experiences in a relaxed dining area with views of the kitchen garden and olive trees.Restaurant bookings are available at 11:45am, 12:00pm, 12:15pm or 2:00pm, 2:15pm, 2:30pm for a duration of two hours. Wine Experience bookings are available at 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm and 4:00pm for a duration of 45 minutes.Walk-ins are welcome but bookings are recommended. A place that feels like home.. I don't mean that in a sense that the place is covered in dog hair, the tv is blaring, the kids are screaming and there's lego all over the floor; more in a sense that you feel welcomed, content and at home from the minute you enter, right up until you leave. We wanted to create a place, that I myself, would want to visit on a regular basis. A place where your name is more important to us than your money is. A place where you feel like a regular from your first visit. A place where you feel like a part of our family. A place you felt you've been before. A place that feels like home.... Ok, so we have fancy wine glasses, twinkling candles, nice chairs and really shiny cutlery, but don't let that fool you... We're humble, both in our service and in our food, and pretentiousness and oversized egos were banished from the premises the day we started trading. We like looking the part, but life's too short for airs and graces...

The latter may evoke a sense of familiarity among weekenders visiting from Melbourne, but it’s also a solid hint at the pedigree behind this place.The Only Hospitality Group (Bentwood, Stanley and Hotel Collingwood) took over and refreshed the site at the end of 2021, retaining the textured curves and decorative fluting on the building’s historic facade.Inside is bright and airy with polished concrete and soft timbers throughout. The space seats 120 comfortably between two expansive dining rooms, with curb-side picnic tables shaded by beach umbrellas setting the scene outside.

    Pleasantly surprised with a great experience. FOOD was fantastic. Almost as important the service & staff were outstanding. Very enjoyable. Well worth a visit. We'll be coming again when we are next down in this part of town.

    We had a wonderful experience at the new Red Hill Estate. We shared a salami pizza and lamb ragout rigatoni, the table service, provided by Arlene, was first class. Robert then helped us with a tasting and wine sale and joining the Red Hill Estate wine club. All in all, a great experience.

    Mussel share plate is a must - they were sweet, properly cooked and the accompanying sauce was tasty - we were very pleased with this recommended dish. The pizza was a perfect for sharing between two and had a generous number of prawns and abundance of rocket. The meal was served at a relaxed pace by enthusiastic and friendly staff. Highly recommend a visit.

    Outstanding as always Our waiter was excellent and very friendly. Food was exceptional. We had the pork and chicken, carrots as a side dish.
