The hotels 140 seat signature restaurant, The Beachside, focuses on delicious, locally sourced ingredients. The Beachside Restaurant enjoys a relaxed ambiance where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner complemented by beautiful decor and impeccable service. Blackpool has so many fantastic places to eat, but our delightful Palm Court restaurant is the place for a sumptuous, relaxing dinner. The Victorian dining room is full of grandeur and our restaurant team always go that little bit further to make serving a meal a magical experience. The views in the restaurant are spectacular, with sweeping vistas across the Fylde coast and the occasional heritage tram tootling by. Diners can soak in the scenery while enjoying fine dining from the table d’hôte menu that changes quarterly, according to the seasons. We also have a range of daily specials, with our chefs using locally sourced produce whenever possible to ensure that only the best and freshest ingredients are used. The restaurant has flexible seating arrangements, so we can cater for large parties and children are also well catered for, thanks to the family dining options.     From the moment we arrived the staff were warm, welcoming and engaged. All too often people ignore the fact that these hardworking individuals have given up their Christmas day to make yours special. They certainly delivered on all fronts. The service was exceptional and the food wonderful. Overall the experience was excellent and after a very challenging year it was lovely to be spoilt. Well done Team Boulevard.

    Our first time visiting Ewe and we was not disappointed. From walking into this lovely restaurant and being welcomed by friendly efficient staff. The dining area is a gorgeous environment and atmosphere. Food was delicious and not overly expensive. Very attentive staff but not over the top…i could not fault in anyway. We will definitely be revisiting. Thank-you

    Christmas Eve meal for 5 foodie adults.Perfection from the moment we walked in to a young guy who checked us in,really friendly and warm,but efficient too.Food on point.5 clean plates for each course.Our waiter made us relaxed,he had the right amount of professionalism/cheeky banter.Christmas began on the right foot at The Cartford once again

    We had a great time here. Great service, delicious food - the only negative was that the turkey sandwich was very bread heavy!
