Socarrat Paella Bar - Nolita is now accepting reservations for indoor and outdoor dining, weather permitting. In the case where we need to close outdoor seating due to inclement weather, we will contact you the day of your reservation. Socarrat, the quintessence of the perfect paella and for which the restaurant is named, is the delectable, sensuous crust that forms on the bottom of the paella pan when the liquid is rendered and the rice reaches its peak of succulence. The menu, an authentic array of delicious dishes from the regions of Spain specializing in traditional tapas with an accent on paella that can be characterized as a true exploration for the palette.Socarrat Nolita's ambiance denotes feelings of warmth, comfort, and hospitality. Building on its sister restaurant's identity as a small, intimate space comprised primarily of one large communal table, the restaurant also offers banquet, bar and table seating. We are proud to present this menu as an homage to traditional Korean flavors elevated by the hand of gastronomic technique. Incorporating the freshest local ingredients daily, this is our exquisite interpretation of Korean cuisine.[PLEASE NOTE] We are not able to accommodate vegan, vegetarian with gluten-free and celiac diets as well as any allergies or aversions to allium, sesame (even if sesame oil is consumable), soy, gluten, and alcohol. The name Azabu comes from a district in Tokyo, Japan, which began as a hub for merchants and local businesses. Now the city is home to embassies from many countries, giving the area an air of diversity, while preserving the history of local commerce with a modern, nostalgic touch. Plan Do See opened one of its first restaurants in the area, The Tokyo Restaurant, inside an historic building that used to be a bank. Soon after opening, the restaurant was full of a diverse clientele, bringing a lively vibe to the neighborhood. Plan Do See Founder Yutaka, walked by and noticed the restaurant swarming with international guests. It was this moment, in the city of Azabu, that he felt certain of the imminent success of expanding the business abroad.

Eccellente... Ambiente confortevole senza le formalità dei ristoranti Stellati dove ho cenato... Chef e La sua squadra dietro al bancone sono spettacolari.... Cobo raffinato con influenze Asiatiche Americane e Italiane ci hanno positivamente sorpreso.. Un ringraziamento allo staff di sala che con sorrisi e professionalità hanno accompagnato la nostra cena Dovete andare se siete in zona Complimenti....
