The Kenji Omakase Experience is a multi-course menu created by the chef Matthew Nguyen, served at the sushi bar. There's limited seating Wednesday-Sunday with seatings at 5:45 and 8:30. All other guests are seated in the dining room with choice of table-side omakase or a la carte menuA traditional Japanese experience which guests leave themselves in the hands of chef and receive a meal which is seasonal, elegant, artistic and uses the finest ingredients. The chefs will take you on a tour around the world with ingredients from the Toyosu market while also highlighting the dry aging program used only at Kenji• We kindly decline requests to accommodate any dietary restrictions• A 3.95% credit card fee will be added to all non-cash payments • Service fee is added to parties of 6 or more• Cancellations will only be accepted up to 24 hours prior to your reservation• Any cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation will be charged $75 per person• Children under 12 not advised.

    Always an amazing experience at Restaurant Rebirth. We make it a point to go every time we are in NOLA and it never disappoints!! Food, service and hospitality are better than most. Our server Shane was excellent, the food was delicious as always, and the GM Riley was very attentive in making sure everything was in order! Highly recommend!

    It all started with Jason, our server. He made the experience easy and amazing throughout! The drinks (old fashion) and the salad starters (get the Caeser!) were 5 stars! Make Tana on your rotation and enjoy the atmosphere!

    Had a 7 pm reservation on Christmas Eve. Arrived early & went to the bar. Bartender was great & so were our French 75 & Old Fashion. We were seated by 7:30 which was fine since we could see they were packed & we were enjoying talking to the bartender. Gumbo was very good & so were the Lamb & Lentils and the Salmon. I could have done with more than 1/2 of 1 fingerling potato, but let’s face it, I really didn’t need it. Dessert was Bread pudding and Crème Brûlée. Both very nice. Overall a great, relaxing experience. Service was exceptional. We’ll return for their brunch for sure.
