We believe that wine should represent the place from which it was grown and the four seasons that pass through that place in a given year. We showcase vignerons who grow their fruit in a thoughtful way and who guide that fruit to bottle with the gentlest hand possible. We also serve a seasonal selection of small plates to enjoy with a glass (or two) of wine with cheese and dessert to finish with, as well as classic cocktails, rotating tap beers and a large selection of canned and bottled beer.The front bar has a few private tables as well as shared bar seating, great for enjoying the atmosphere. Really enjoyed my meal here. We were attended to by a new starter who was from the Netherlands and was exceptional . The food itself was plentiful and if a high quality. Overall a really excellent meal I just wish I was staying in Brighton longer so I could return
