We believe that wine should represent the place from which it was grown and the four seasons that pass through that place in a given year. We showcase vignerons who grow their fruit in a thoughtful way and who guide that fruit to bottle with the gentlest hand possible. Really enjoyed my meal here. We were attended to by a new starter who was from the Netherlands and was exceptional . The food itself was plentiful and if a high quality. Overall a really excellent meal I just wish I was staying in Brighton longer so I could return
