Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Joule, the mature sibling to Yang and Chirchi’s restaurant, Revel, highlights Korea’s love of beef featuring unconventional cuts accompanied by distinctive and shareable side dishes.Joule takes reservations for 1.75-3 hour time slots (depending on party size). We do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible and ask that you are considerate of other diners at the end of your meal. We opened The 3rd BluWater Bistro location in the Leschi neighborhood on March 13, 2004. Mick McHugh handed the reigns over to us after 22 successful years of running the Leschi Lake Café. With a slight remodel we cozy'd up the place, added some fantastic rollback windows, high back booths, some flat screen TV's, and leather furniture by the fireplace. The menu reflects all the goodness that a cozy bistro should offer, including the ever famous & popular "Lake Side Café" Fish and Chips... gotta keep the neighborhood happy. Stop in for some brunch on the weekends or some late night food.

This dining experience was novel and a joy. The chef combined flavors creating tastes we had never had before. Sometimes it was a bit overwhelming (like the garlic on the Chinese broccoli), but we were glad we had ordered it and after pushing the garlic aside, ate every bite. Try the octopus -- absolutely delicious and not at all like the typical calamari you get in local restaurants. Our server was very cordial, had a great sense of humor, and increased our enjoyment.

Wonderful catch up lunch with a friend at Stella. The ambiance was fantastic, as was the service. And the food was excellent…crisp lettuce in our salads, excellent fruit, and the chicken was grilled to perfection. We were very happy.

Our experience was great. Came at a quiet time (5 PM), but 3 of our party of 5 got there a bit early and 2 almost a half hour late with traffic. No problem for our waiter. Dealt with it very well. Food was excellent. 3 separate checks easily dealt with, all positive!

This has been my go-to restaurant for visitors and special occasions and every-day occasions as well. Always friendly staff, free parking, my kind of music, great food at affordable prices. Save room for dessert!

Love the woman chef who runs the kitchen at Conversation! We enjoyed the Bone-in Halibut very much! Good wine list too.
