I mean the view is amazing! The drinks and food are super yummy! I loved the vibe and music, is definitely a spot to go have a good time. I def want to go back in the summer to enjoy the views and the vibes.

Excellent as ever. I have been going to La Ripaille for more than 20 years and it never disappoints, especially in the holiday time. It's a West Village legend for a reason: apart from the amazing food, the staff is always warm and inviting, and that has no doubt a lot to do with Alain, who has been the captain of this gem of a ship for decades. Word is its days are numbered and I will be sad to see it go. Its continued presence in an ever-changing NY was, and for now, is a comfort.

I return often. Everything is very nice. Highly recommend.

Very cozy and comfortable dining experience on a chilly, late November evening. Enjoyed sitting at the bar - the bar tender was attentive and flexible with my order. Appreciated her! The brick oven roasted half chicken and Mediterranean salad was exceptional! Hated to take the last bite! Will return soon.
