Great service from Melissa yet again! Super consistent over many years..

Our server was covering for someone who went home sick. A little overwhelming for her to look after another area. She did not come back to check on how our meals were until we were finished eating. My daughter’s Teriyaki steak was so tough she could barely cut it. This is the steak she normally orders. When I was paying the I mentioned it to our waitress and she said you would have replaced it. That was not the point your steak should not be tough with price you are changing! I was not looking for a reduction on my bill. However, I do expect top quality steaks at the Keg.

Thomas: our server was an absolute delight and provided the best experience and service we have ever had at Keg, my only comment is that, as a loyal keg customers and speak very highly of this institution, since I had shared that this was a birthday celebration and how we have been coming to Keg for past 20 years in my “ send the message “ during my reservation on open table and actually no one responded ( the manager on duty ) should have to the table and wished my hubby and maybe sent a flute of beverage to cheers the birthday

The food was really great for a pub. This was our first time here and would definitely come back. Really attentive friendly service too!

Good location, great food, service was top notch. Always a fave when downtown.
