Llerena takes its name from a little village in Extremadura, southwest Spain, where four generations of our family has raised Iberian pigs since 1939, producing authentic "Bellota" jamón ibérico, chorizo and other pork delicacies. Our family created a business around the farm called Jamón y Salud to sell our gourmet products and has now brought this exquisite taste of Spain to Islington with the Llerena Ibérico Tapas Bar. “A stones throw away from Dalston Kingsland Station you will find The Dalston Jazz Bar. It’s a full on restaurant up until 10 PM. They serve an array of fresh seafood as well as yummy beer from a local brewery and cocktails. The live band plays throughout the night with a few breaks. After 10 PM they clear all tables and chairs to create a dance floor and this place then really starts to rock! We don't do vegan or vegetarian food. We specialize in fish. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch to celebrate cousin Clares 70th birthday. My start of portobello mushrooms was fabulous. We had to have a dessert and they didn't disappoint. The new decor is classy and the Christmas's decor beautiful. Cosy atmosphere. Would love to know the brand of non alcoholic white sauvignon wine. It was so refreshing. Wish all a successful Christmas season. Must bring daughter next year.
