Great Sunday roast with freshly prepared food. New owners are making this pub into a new favourite for us. There was also a really good live singer at just the right volume as background music and gave the place a lovely atmosphere. Good to see The Wattenden thriving and busy.

Only thing I thought was a little bit of a let down was the gift at the end I thought it was nice but for what people pay for there night out one each would of been nice for 1 of each of the people at the meal . But the meal was great as usual ,just a little more thought for the other half on the night .

Great food last night. Service excellent. Cocktails superb, as always. A little quiet last night so a subdued atmosphere but there’s little the restaurant can do about that.

We loved coming here for our anniversary, thank you so much for the lovely food and hospitality! We had such a lovely time we’re already thinking about coming back. Thank you so much also for the accommodation of vegan cheese!!!

Pleasant family pub, good food, music a little loud for two partially deaf gentleman & ourselves to be able to chat!
