Chef Eugenia Hobson and her team prepare authentic Greek dishes served attentively in a breezy Aegean-inspired atmosphere. Our signature dishes include the grilled octopus, the kolokithokeftedes (stuffed zucchini fritters), the lavraki whole fish (branzino) filleted table side, and the arni giouvetsi (lamb shank with orzo). Our selection of nine desserts are all made fresh daily in-house and feature Greek classics such as the baklava and the galaktoboureko. Our wine list is meticulously curated on a seasonal basis by son Philip Hobson selecting from Greece's top vineyards who produce indigenous varietals such as Assyrtiko & Xinomavro, and western grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon & Sauvignon Blanc. Everything is very delicious! The food is even better than some Korean bbq restaurants in Korea. Also the service is excellent. Our server was very kind and attentive. This is my favorite Korean restaurant in the DMV area (and I am Korean!) I highly recommend this place!

My coworkers and I had an amazing Christmas dinner at Eddie Vs. Our server Roger was knowledgeable and so friendly to us! The whole experience was elegant and proper. Would be coming back soon!!!

First time eating at the Reston Mosiac. Very good food. Santiago was our server and he was wonderful. I don’t usually drink Espresso Martinis but tired his and it was so delicious! He provided excellent service and will definitely go back! Got more food to try!
