Cuisine exceptionnelle! Une des meilleurs adresses pour foodies. Amalgame extraordinaire de saveurs et ingredients qui fait que chaque bouchée nous fait fondre de plaisir. Unique vision de combiner l’incombinable et de créer quelque chose d’unique et d’extrêmement savoureux. La cuisine version art.

After 11 years of going at least 3 times a year at l’Ile Flottante (or its previous iteration Les Deux Singes de Montarvie), this is still by far our favourite Montreal restaurant. Amazing food and service, at a really reasonable price point for the quality.
