Waterleaf, located in College of DuPage’s Culinary & Hospitality Center, is a dining experience that offers real-life training to Culinary, Baking & Pastry Arts, and Hospitality students. Patrons will enjoy menus utilizing fresh regional and seasonal ingredients prepared by Culinary & Pastry students as well as attentive service from our student servers.Limited seating is available at each event and reservations are required.     Capital Grill is a very consistent restaurant. The food is well prepared and the service is always professional. While it is not inexpensive, it is a dependable quality meal for special events, business meals and fine dining.

    It was an absolute delight to dine here. Me and my girlfriend came in for a late dinner on a Friday night. We had the tasting menu - (Steak Tartar - Ceviche - Caesar Salad - Saffron Fumet - Rice Pudding) were our choices. Everything was bursting with complimenting flavors and textures. The food presentation was top notch! The server was very attentive to us. Our drinks were never empty and the plates we were finished with were promptly taken from the table and the leftovers boxed for us. Chef Cristian even checked in on our table to explain his concepts for the restuarant and food. He even presented us with complimentary Cachaça when he found out that my girlfriend is from Brazil. Over the top amazing.
