Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times. The food was excellent. You can mix and match whatever you want, or don’t want. We chose the lobster and king prawns linguine, and were very pleasantly surprised to find a half lobster (not just pieces) perfectly cooked in a creamy white wine sauce. FANTASTIC. Thank you. The ambiance of the restaurant, the attention of the staff was impeccable. We had a lovely evening.

A family get together (5 diners) on a Friday lunchtime. Good service and food enjoyed by all. Ambience was good but the restaurant was not busy. The second time we have dined here and both times have been excellent.
